Returns Policy

 

ONLINE RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchase at www.oldmensgym.com, simply return it to us within 14 days,  and we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund, in accordance with the following policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and with all relevant tickets and tags, and hygiene stickers intact and attached. Please return a copy of the packing slip to the address provided on the delivery packing slip. We recommend you return goods using trackable registered post, unfortunately Old Men's Gym cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post.

Please ensure goods are packaged neatly, in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and with all swing tickets, and hygiene stickers intact and attached. Please retain your Old Men's Gym order confirmation/ Invoice, as this proof of purchase will be required to process any returns.

Refunds

Old Men's Gym are more than happy to refund any full priced item that is returned to us in accordance with the conditions below. Refunds are processed directly back to the account/card used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.

If you are returning garment delivered internationally, the full purchase value of the item will be refunded/ credited, however Old Men's Gym cannot refund any duties or taxes levied by your country and incurred as a result of purchasing our products. Please contact your local Customs government department for details of how to recover these costs.

Exchanges

Old Men's Gym is unable to provide exchanges for incorrect sizing purchases as the costs of shipping are prohibitive. We provide as much relevant sizing information on products to assist you in your purchase. Note sizes are based on US sizing charts but please refer to the specific product sizing information tables or llinks.

Faulty Items

If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, please return it to us as soon as possible, with your receipt. If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organize a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears.
